I've been trying to get them to boot off of my HDD using regular Dios Mios as well but they won't run from that either, but that gives me a whole new set of issues so I was thinking my HDD might just not be compatible yet. The games don't even show up if I use USB Loader GX. I tried the same thing with Double Dash and just got a black screen after attempting to boot it. I tried leaving it for 10 minutes or so and they still didn't work even though the game ran through its opening sequences and I'm sure the controllers work. Using Dios Mios Booter, the rom shows up and boots but my gamecube controllers are not working. I downloaded Sonic Adventure 2 Battle and installed it to my SD in a folder called 'games' using DMToolbox (I installed it using the Raw option) I've got the newest version of DML on my sd card, installed it, etc. I've got a softmodded wii that is up to date on all its mods as far as I'm aware. Sorry for the long post and the bad english, I thought it would be good to explain bit by bit.
I think I will need to install the Usb Loader Gx again and I would like someone to explain me how to solve this and how to re-install it if is necessary. I tried to uninstall the wads but the error was the same and I don't know what to do. Restarting in 5 seconds" But it did nothing and I had to shut down the wii by myself. It all went smoothly but when I tried to start the Usb Loader Gx an error message appeared saying: "Exception (DSI) occurred!. I looked around on the internet and discovered that I needed to install "wads" so I downloaded a Wad manager and installed all of the needed wads that have come with the download of the game. Today I tried to put The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword and when I tried to start the console restarted. I have the USb Loader Gx and It work really nice. # all setting in this file (sd:/apps/USBLoader/config.txt) This is a copy of the config.txt i put in there : So it makes me turn on my hdd then it takes me to the screen that allows me to select the sd card. What I want it to do is load my backups straight from the sd card but it requires me to turn on my hdd which I dont want to do unless i want to play the games I have backed up to it. So as the title says the config.txt isnt being generated, so I got a generic config.txt from the zip file download and put it in the apps/usbloader/ directory but I am still not getting desired results.
